Staff were friendly, although night staff spoke no english and my italian is very limited! We mostly communicated in spanish! The hotel is basic but nice enough, although there was a slightly odd smell in the reception area. Room was lovely. Spacious, loved the seaside theme, and the love story theme to the hotel. Food at breakfast was lovely. Excellent variety, very tasty, and plenty of it. Excellent drinks prices.
Room was never cleaned, beds never made, and towels never changed during our 4 day stay. It was impossible to use the internet at the hotel. The night staff spoke no english, the tv in the room was hit and miss with signal, besides breakfast there was no food available in the hotel. There wasn't much around the hotel - it cost about £10-12 to get to rimini centre, and about £20 (but £55 after midnight) to travel to/from Riccione where all the life was.

The room, restaurant, and everything were clean. The air-conditioning functioned very well, and was very quite. It was quiet in the room, so that even when the next door neighbors’ children were shooting it was not so disturbing because of good acoustic isolation. The beach was at the hotel door. The staff was very helpful, and the lady owner kept everything under control so the staff would yield the best in support of the clients. We would like to return to the hotel, next year.
Our room was without balcony, which was a disappointment for us because the way the information on Booked.net was written, we got the idea the every room got a balcony. Our room would also need to be a little bit bigger, may be 2 more quadrate meters would have made it much better. Be careful to ask for a balcony, before you conclude the booking the hotel. The parking was a poor one: just a peace of agriculture land, a lane, with a chain as the only means of protection. A part of the road to the parking was narrow, about three meters wide and about 50 meters long.

Breakfast was good and service in the restaurant was also great
We booked the room in this hotel because of good reviews, lot of pictures from nice rooms with seaview for a reasonable price. In fact when we got there, we received a very tiny room (both area and height was small). Window looked on back instead of sea view, also room was above the kitchen so when we opened it smell of food came in to the room. Room was very clean, however the opposite side of the coin is cleaning the house started at around 8 am in front of our door, which basically made resting impossible starting from then.

The hotel was in a great location, just a stone's throw away from the beach. The view from our room was stunning, with a clear view of the sea. We also appreciated the fact that the room was clean and comfortable, making our stay enjoyable.
There were a couple of aspects that we didn't enjoy during our stay. the breakfast options were quite limited.
